BlackSeal Latex – Made to Order with Care
Thank you for shopping with BlackSeal Latex. All of our items are handmade to order to ensure only the highest quality and craftsmanship. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order
🖤 Production Time
⏳ Production of items can take up to 8 weeks (2 months) before your item will be ready to ship.
Production time begins after payment has been received and your order details have been confirmed.
Custom sizing or special requests may extend production time. We’ll always communicate if delays occur.
🚚 Shipping Time (After Production)
Once your item is complete, we ship from the UK via the following methods:
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard: 2–5 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days (if available)
International Shipping:
- Standard Tracked: 5–15 business days
- Express Courier: 3–7 business days
- Shipping times do not include production time.
🌍 Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their local government. We do not collect these fees at checkout.
📦 Packaging
Your latex garments are carefully packed to protect against damage and environmental factors. Discreet packaging is used for privacy.
📩 Order Updates & Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
A separate email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order.
